A Seller’s Pre-Market Consultation is designed to provide sellers and their agents with a Property Market Prep Plan. These plans offer suggestions for adjusting, updating, or improving the structure prior to listing. The goal of a Pre-Market Consultation is to eliminate concerns of potential buyers, improve the outcome of the buyer’s inspection report, and reduce buyer’s negotiation leverage during the sales  process. By pointing out simple update needs and potential issues/concerns, our listing clients can address, disclose, and/or prepare as needed.

Detailed Home Inspection Reports 

Our reports are designed to make it easy for you, your agent and the seller to easily see what we are describing in the report.  Our inspection reports are computer generated with many pictures of the defects found and examples of correct installation.  We write our reports so that you can see a picture of the defect along with a description of the defect.  This way you do not have to fumble to the back page to see what the inspector is referring to.  Feedback from clients and real estate agents love how our reports make the negotiation process easy and stress free.
